OP Zanvel stranger Joined: Apr 2020 | Like it is said in the title every time we use the whistle to summon the black cat it spawn as an ennemy and attack us or the bug is supposely fied in multiplayer so the patch is maybe applied on the summon and not on the whistle. |

You should be able to click on the hot bar like any spell for the soulbound black cat. I must be missing something. I have had neutrals turn on me for no apparent reason but never the cat. To fix that I save, close down the game, reopen the game. Maybe that would work for the cat too? EDIT: Just a thought: is it possible an enemy cast "charmed" on the cat? Joined: Mar 2003 Location: Canada | If the host tries this in single player, does the same thing happen? Does it matter which character uses the whistle? Try verifying local files: in the Steam library, right click on the game and select Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and then click on the 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache...' button. If that doesn't help and you are playing on PC, please email supportdos2@larian.com with a save where this can be reproduced (or a Dropbox or Google drive link, etc). If you are using any non-Larian mods, also include a list of those enabled and/or the modsettings.lsx file from your profile folder. |

| OP Zanvel stranger Joined: Apr 2020 | thanks for your quick answer and the cat was charmed before to die in battle and the bug is occuring every time a character test the whistle and the verification doesn't find anything so i will send the save and we are not using any mods which are not from Larian |

Dry Rain stranger D Joined: Jun 2021 | Hi, my black cat also attacks me, but I found out it's because of Opinion. I had to put some points into Persuasion for each character to solve this. Could someone fix this bug? The black cat needs either an Opinion limit or have Opinion reset when the cat is respawned. Or at least make it possible to trade with the cat, so you can donate money and fix the problem manually. At least this could solve the problem. |

The Composer veteran Joined: Sep 2017 | I prepared a quick potential fix in the form of a mod, under the assumption that you're referring to its attitude towards you. It attempts to increase the cat's attitude once on first load and then anytime you use the summon cat spell. If it doesn't work, then feel free to send me a copy of your savefile and its .png image so I can load it up in the editor |

Dry Rain stranger D Joined: Jun 2021 | The mod raises my cat's opinion to 100 but only once, when I turn it on. If the cat opinion decreases again, it does not rise again when I respawn it. Thanks to this mod, I'm pretty sure I'll be able to finish the game, but I don't think I'll play with the cat anymore. |

virion addict Joined: Oct 2020 | Poor cat :| It's fine, just summon something else and buff the hell out of it ^^ Alt+ left click in the inventory on an item while the camp stash is opened transfers the item there. Make it a reality. |
