Now lots of people swear by the weight loss benefits they have received , in fact I had tons of friends convince me to go to a cross fit gym and give the workout routines a chance. I even hired a personal trainer at one of the gyms in greenville sc , however after 1 month , I kind of missed the standard gym exercises that more conventional gyms offer.
